Cancellation Policy

LATE / CANCELLATION POLICY: 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule, or a late cancel fee of $75 will be applied. No-shows will be charged in full. We understand that things happen, but unfortunately, if you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may will not be able to provide your treatment. This will be at the discretion of management and the availability of the practitioner, and you could incur a no-show fee.

TREATMENT REFUNDS: As a rule of thumb, we do not refund services. If you are not happy with your treatment, please reach out to us at 512-939-6960 or hello@thedesertcanary.com.

PRODUCT RETURNS: We accept returns for our products within 30 days of purchase. Opened bottles of herbs, consumables, used face tools, sound therapy and gift cards are non-refundable. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 2-3 business days.

GIFT CARDS: Gift cards expire within 1 year of purchase. unfortunately they can’t be replaced if lost or stolen. They also can’t be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

PAYMENT ACCEPTED: We accept debit, including FSA and HSA, and all major credit cards.

VALUABLES: We are not responsible for lost valuables. Please lock your car. If you remove your jewelry, you are responsible for collecting it.
