Lymphatic Workshop
Join us for a workshop to teach you how to work with your own lymphatic system, head to toe!
We’re offering hands on experience to learn techniques including manual movement with your hands and the unique brushes created by Cecily Braden for body and face (option to purchase your own set at a discount for this class - note, limited supply, these are currently sold out!). Brushes are optional, this can be done with your fingers/hands as well.
Benefits of Self-Directed Lymphatic Massage
Self-guided lymphatic massage offers a simple yet profound way to support your body’s natural rhythm of cleansing and renewal. Through gentle, intentional touch, it helps stimulate the lymphatic system, the network responsible for clearing cellular waste and excess fluid, leaving you feeling lighter and more balanced. Regular practice can reduce puffiness, ease tension, and promote clearer skin by improving circulation and tissue nourishment. Beyond its physical effects, the slow, rhythmic movements calm the nervous system, inviting a parasympathetic state where the body can truly rest and repair. Over time, it becomes more than a technique; it’s a mindful ritual that deepens body awareness, strengthens immunity, and restores a sense of grounded connection to self.
It also provides valuable support for:
